Engagements are highly customized and are typically focused on supporting the design and launch of a new strategy or business line, or on an extensive redesign of an existing business.

In this offering we become full partners with senior leaders in the design and execution of a significant change process. We work closely with the team on achieving their objectives which can range from creating winning value propositions, designing a strategy for growth, developing an organization that delivers excellence to evolving a firm's mission, vision and values. Our team guides every phase of the project, from design to rollout. Participation includes the facilitation of group workshops, regular consulting meetings to achieve project milestones and coaching sessions with individual team members on leading change in the organization. Projects typically last 6-12 months with varying levels of intensity.
Whether you just completed an intense strategy project with our team, or simply want an unbiased, experienced sounding board to test your ideas, our team offers ongoing coaching and support to chief executives and their leadership teams. We challenge our partners' assumptions and guide them to better decisions. We help surface and resolve personal barriers to impact so that our partners lead with audacity and unlock organizational performance. Our participation includes one-on-one coaching and team advisory sessions, and ranges in length from one to five years.
